Dress for Success Worldwide is an international nonprofit organization dedicated to improving the lives of women in 110 cities across 12 countries. Each year, the organization helps 55,000 women rebuild their lives and gain economic independence. Dress for Success provides suits to low-income women when they have job interviews.FedEx supports the organization across both of these key dimensions, providing philanthropic donations, in-kind shipping and hands-on team member engagement.

Challenging Congress (and You) to Outfit Unemployed

The unemployment rate is 8.2%. I’ll bet you want to do something about it – and you can.  Here is a simple action item.  Go through your closet, pull out all of the professional attire you don’t wear – suits, shoes, accessories, and give it to someone who has landed a job interview but cannot afford professional interview clothing due to the very fact that they are not employed.
