FedEx Delivers for Keep Indianapolis Beautiful

The following is a guest post from David Forsell, President of Keep Indianapolis BeautifulFedEx team members are working with Keep Indianapolis Beautiful to plant 65 trees along the Fall Creek Greenway Trail, in Indianapolis. This annual FedEx planting completes the final piece of the Fall Creek waterway that has not yet been planted with KIB trees—an effort that KIB undertook beginning in 2006— to restore the Fall Creek waterway.

[VIDEO] EarthSmart Outreach in Indianapolis

Over 50 FedEx team members joined Keep Indianapolis Beautiful to help restore and beautify the Pogue’s Run watershed on the Eastside of Indianapolis. As part of the corporation’s EarthSmart Outreach program, FedEx employees in twelve cities have teamed with local nonprofit agencies for a day of service addressing pressing urban environmental challenges.
