I'm the Associate Director of Nursing for ORBIS, which operates, the world's only Flying Eye Hospital. We prevent and treat blindness by providing quality eye care to transform lives.

I’m a FedEx pilot, and I consider myself as having one of the absolute best jobs in the world. I have the privilege of playing a role in helping the world operate in the 21st century. Our FedEx airplanes deliver critical parts, products, and materials all over the Earth, every day.

Can Just 25 People Pull a FedEx Airbus? FedEx Ireland Proves It!

On Sunday 20 June I took part in the first ever Plane Pull in Ireland, sponsored by FedEx Express. The aim of Pull for Sight was to raise money for ORBIS, an international charity that aims to eliminate avoidable blindness in developing countries.

Feeling the Love

The social responsibility award recognition we received on October 30th from the American Chamber of Commerce in Shanghai was especially sweet in that the China office of ORBIS International initiated the award application process. The award is the fruit of a wonderful ongoing collaboration between FedEx and ORBIS. We certainly “feel the love” from ORBIS. They are so gracious and appreciative of the support we provide them.
